給湯設備に関するお知らせ
7月8日（水）現在、館内の給湯設備に不具合が発生しております。
客室および大浴場の浴槽を除く給湯設備においてお湯のご利用が集中した際、一時的に給湯温度が低下することがございます。
(大浴場の浴槽は通常どおりご利用いただけますが、シャワー・カラン等の給湯につきましては一時的に湯温が低下する場合がございます。)
現在、原因の調査および復旧作業を進めております。
ご利用のお客様にはご不便、ご迷惑をおかけいたしますことを深くお詫び申し上げます。

Notice Regarding Hot Water Supply
We are currently experiencing an issue with part of our hotel's hot water supply system.
The temperature of the hot water supplied to guest rooms and facilities other than the bath itself in the public bath may temporarily decrease during periods of high demand.
Please note that the water in the public bath itself is operating as usual.
However, the hot water supplied to the showers and faucets in the bath area may temporarily experience a drop in temperature during periods of heavy usage.
We are currently investigating the cause of the issue and working to restore normal operation as quickly as possible.
